Fantàstic
Check in was very easy and the employee was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, plenty of parking and no fee for parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Our room wasn't ready until after 4:30. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00. We were awoken by housekeeping at 9:00 am. Not ok. The fireplace turned on, but it was hot. Too hot! The beds and pillows were amazing!

Staff wasn’t helpful. I drove 4 hours to stay two nights in hotel , when we went to check in J was told that I have to wait 17 more minutes until 3 . I was surprised and disappointed. They had enough empty rooms to check us in . Will never book this hotel.

The hotel was in a great location, very clean. Had a nice pool and a nice hot tub. Although there is no indoor hot tub and there is no sauna, and it is advertised and reflected in the price you pay. Other than that, it was a great experience.
