Very accessible to transportation , restaurants

Rooms were very small and the towels did not smell nice but a fine hotel for one night layover near the train station

Very close to Gare de l'Est, which was so convenient. A nice room, with a view of the old station, good bathroom. Pleasant and helpful staff. We found a good dinner in an African restaurant very nearby and breakfast in a place just around the corner and it was good also.

The room was very small for the price we paid, location is scetchy. The pillow were absolutely terrible , called to get better one and was told the staff was gone home and no one was able to help. Ask for ice and was told I had to go buy my own at the grocery store beside hôtel. Location is great for the train, every night the alarm in hôtel would go off for nothing , always a false alarm but had to leave our room ….

Arrived by myself with 3 suitcases, a backpack, and my cat. The most the front desk guy could be bothered to do was hit the elevator button for me—didn’t even hold the front door for me before check in as he saw me struggling to get through. Walked into my room and it was incredibly hot, the air hadn’t been turned on. Turns out you can’t control the AC yourself so had to go back down to the front desk and ask them to switch it on, which then took a bit to cool down. Room itself was tiny, but I somewhat expected this. What I didn’t expect was that my window would be right near a walkway and ground level, so when I was trying to go to sleep there were people chatting and smoking literally just outside my window. The whole room smelled of smoke and the walls seemed paper thin. On checkout it was a new girl and she tried to get me to pay the tax/cat fee again even though the first guy had already charged me. Overall this place just seems poorly run and unless you’re in a pinch and desperately need a place to stay near the train station (which by the way you will hear trains running all night), there are much better options probably for a better price.

Bed small (too short) and low but mattress comfortable Washroom good. Small layout but typical in the area

Other than the Metro noise the property was very nice

The hotel is good, but the noise from the street is very unpleasant.
