Staff were wonderful, facilities really nice. Shame to have such limited parking and for this to be an extra charge. Our lights were not working in the room.

Positive: Staff was nice and we were offered warm cookies upon arrival. Negative: Room was a little dated, bathroom door didn't lock and I'm pretty sure the air conditioning was broken, so they had 3 fans running in our room.

We were in a building across from the main building that was like an apartment. We were on the second floor. The room was well done with a newer remodel and the place was clean. The bathroom was enormous. It was a ton of room for our party of 4. The only thing was there was no air conditioning and it was very hot during our stay. The windows did open but was not enough cool air to help plus let in a ton of noise. I would have liked to been informed of this before booking. The location is excellent to enjoy the town and the rest of the accommodations were good. The no air conditioning was disappointing and not being told before was also disappointing.

Room was booked for my son and family. It was a lovely big room but had no fridge and was very hot due to lack of aircon. Cleanliness was good.

The staff and location were amazing. The AC unit in the room didn’t work, and trying to sleep during a heat wave was impossible. Fans were in the room for our use, but it barely helped. Not all the windows opened, so trying to get cool air in the room was challenging.

Didn't use any amenities so can't comment but the room was fine, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and attentive. Only complaint..... Car parking charge of £25 was outrageous!
