One of the most charming hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Every design element was perfect. Staff friendly and helpful. Good food, great service. Not cheap but worth every penny.

The Charlotte Hotel is always my choice when I'm in London. It's like coming home to family every time. Situated in a lively and vibrant neighborhood near Soho and the theatre district, it's always the best place to stay when you want the best without all the fuss.

There was a problem with a blocked shower drain that nearly flooded the bathroom as the water level rose. I had to abandon the shower in the middle and run a bath.
