Very lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. Bar had great drinks and snacks. Well appointed rooms with a very comfortable bed! Rooms were also quiet and kept noise out for restful sleep. My son got ill while traveling and the staff was very helpful in getting us cared for and following up. I’d definitely stay here again!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in by far. The customer service was out of this world. Every single member of staff encountered were exemplary. So friendly and helpful and they could not do more for us. From arrival where Veronika gave detailed information about locations to go, recommendations for beach area, best restaurants to just being such a lovely person. Can’t rate her highly enough. The booking in process was smooth as expected, the room was amazing and had everything and more that would want. The whole hotel was impeccably clean and fresh looking. The breakfast was nothing more than sensational, with an amazing coffee bar with coffee made to order. Egg style station with fresh omelets and egg Benedict made to order. Great selection with everything you could wish for. The location was brilliant with main places easily walking distance. Rodrigo went out of his way to secure us a seat in the hotel room for the football, and was super friendly and nice. Jose Enrique was everything I was expecting after reading previous reviews. He made stay very special with lots of little touches including sending up cake and champagne for birthday and rose for my partner in the morning. Exceptional man. I cannot rate this hotel and its staff highly enough. I’ve been all over the world, and this hotel for look, location, customer service and food is probably made it rank number 1. If you get the opportunity you have to stay at this place. And great value!!!

Great hotel in the heart of the city with exceptional staff. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are delightful. Will definitely stay here again.

La atención del personal fue impecable: amables, cercanos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier momento. Está cerca de transporte, restaurantes y varios puntos de interés, todo a una distancia caminable que hace la experiencia mucho más cómoda. Los desayunos insuperables y con una vista hermosísima de la ciudad.

Everything was good.

The Presidential Suite was gorgeous and comfortable. The staff was very attentive to my needs and even provided me with a complimentary surprise cake and bottle of wine for my birthday. I did not tell them.

The staff are so incredibly helpful here can’t speak highly enough of them, the rooms were clean and the hotel is in a great location in the city centre. Had a great stay all round.

Just fantastic. Check in was wonderful. The staff were very courteous. I got to choose what kind if pillows would be in my room. The room was gorgeous, spacious and so comfy. I slept so well. The restaurants in the hotel were also fantastic. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay there. 10/10. 5 stars! I can’t wait to go back.

This is a Wonderful hotel, not just because of the installation and quality of the place, but because everything is well thought-out, the reception integrated with the lobby bar is and awesome idea., and it makes it incredibly welcoming. The staff and bartenders are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Tomas (reception and Nell buy) because he went the extra mike to help us get reservations and was very helpful throughout our stay.
