Very friendly staff and a lovely warm welcome. Room very clean and only a short walk to the Cathedral and city sights. Hotel is situated in the old town. A beautiful place to stay for a short city break.

We were pleasantly surprised by Petit Palace, after a rather bumpy trip to Sevilla, Gema was a sight for sore eyes, she gave us a warm, helpful, and professional welcoming to Seville. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you for making our Sevilla trip a real smooth sailing!

Overall it was a very good experience. The location is fantastic, the staff super helpful and kind, the hotel very clean and well maintained. Only the layout of the room was a bit weird, and the shower cabin, although new and clean, it was not 100% safe.

Bé The property is located in a good spot that’s about it. upon arrival the front desk was very kind and friendly and helpful. The rooms were dated, shower is a death trap as it’s very very slippery and the breakfast is not worth the purchase. Plus there’s dirt on the corners of the walls.
