Older property with some issues. Bathroom smelled like sewage. Shower was old and cracks in the floor of it. Smelled in the hallways. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The rooms were absolutely spacious. Beds were comfortable. Showers were good, but they need some work. Bar was fun and food was good but ours need to be all day. Only got one day of maid service for four days of staying there and had to put my own trash out. Elevator went down where we were staying for more than 24 hours, but was fixed. I had to move room due to that wonderful location next to the convention center.

The hotel was just ok. The staff were grate and very helpful but what I didn’t like was the cleanliness. They did a very poor job with the shower towels.

Allotjat amb amics

Our experience was fantastic. The hotel is managed flawlessly. From the moment we arrived, Jazmin welcomed us with kindness and a warm, friendly attitude. Our room was beautiful, spotless upon arrival, and impeccably maintained throughout our stay. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, and both Jazmin and Skyy gave us excellent recommendations for nearby brunch spots that we thoroughly enjoyed. The pool area was clean, well maintained, and a wonderful place to relax. What truly made this hotel exceptional, however, was its outstanding staff. Every interaction was pleasant and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel manager deserves special recognition for running such an outstanding operation. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The rooms were clean, definitely older property so things breaking down in building. The pool is nice and quiet. Staff mostly competent. Restaurant not great and snacks not great. Very few eating options nearby.

Lobby, staff, bar, pool - excellent. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the room..the drains in the bathroom sink and shower stunk everytime we ran water. The pullout bed and bed in the main room were comfy though.
