Oh I LOVED this hotel! It was so charming and characterful. We were welcomed warmly and professionally. The rooms were individual and ours had a really high ceiling and air conditioning, with a decent en-suite shower room. Despite having beds for 4 people it felt very spacious. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with lovely coffees freshly made to order, and the breakfast room was stunning! We had an excellent meal at a restaurant just down the street and would love to return when we are in Turin again.

Fantàstic
This hotel is amazing good . Good located and the staff is friendly and helpful. Is a beautiful palace well maintained and with comfortable rooms . I deeply recommend to stay at the Mozart suite where I and my partner stayed , this a incredible experience. Is a luxury property what makes you feel like you're in another era and are an aristocrat Good breakfast. Without any doubts , I will stay there again if I back to Turin .

The staff were very courteous and friendly, and the location of the hotel is very convenient within walking distance of the centre of Turin and all of the public transport network.The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast had a varied choice of continental/cereals/ tea/ coffee /fruit juice, and served in a very elegant dining room. The hotel features many historical and attractive architectural rooms and furnishings.

Hotel itself is in a good location if a bit dated. Staff at check in and check out were very dismissive of anything I asked, this is not the type of hotel I will be returning to.

What are charming hotel and great location. We loved the welcome by the staff who were excellent and who looked after us and remembered us all throughout our state and also you have to love all the furniture and antiques placed all around the hotel. The parking at the hotel is very handy. The breakfast in the Mozart room was very nice

Historic hotel, very good customer service and nice breakfast but the rooms that families are given are very poor, small windows, smelling of damp and a bit more like a hotel in a developing country. The other rooms we passed are like those in the photos so think these were kept for non families.

The location is really great for first time travellers, dining around the area is nice, walkable to all major tourist spots, beskfast is great too. Front desk Staff are great...you feel like home with Alexandro and Thomas Only comment is water from the shower leaks out to the floor...a little improvement to the caulking too.. Overall, l love the place.
