Bed linen very dirty and toilet very dirty. The room has a lot of Mosquito inside.

I was happy with the breakfast, a lot of asian varieties i enjoyed. I was happy with the availability of iron and ironing board in the room; safe the fuss of asking it from the reception. I was dissapointed with the room. The room and the toilet hadan unpleasant smell. The housekeepers dont change our towels and bedsheet during the morning room make over. At least a receipt for the hotel stay should be made available when checking in, cause i didnt receive one. I had to go to reception again to ask for the receipt as i will be making claims for the hotel stay. Seri Malaysia was a great hotel back then, i dont know why lately the quality has been an ultimate dissapointment. Its a shame cause we barely have a Malaysian brand that we can be proud of.

It is value for money. Clean. Good location, close to eating places and airport. Service was satisfactory but old building. Needs some upgrading
