This is a 2 star hotel. It's run down, poorly maintained and it's only redeeming quality is the location. If it wasn't such a hassle I would have left and stayed in a tent but buying a tent in Paris is harder then you think.

S'ha quedat amb la parella

This property is ideally situated right in the center of Champs E'Lysees. It is clean, roomy, and convenient. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to be where all the action is in Paris! We even had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower!

The counter staff and especially the cleaning staff were very competent, patient and personable. I appreciate that your staff is multi-lingual which helps your guests. We did not have the hotel’s tasty breakfast since it was a bit pricey. In general, a wonderful stay.

S'ha quedat amb la parella

Dirty, the carpet is filthy. The air condition did not work , the maintenance people had to come and fix it and we had to wait all night for the room to cool off. The bathroom vent did not work, The bathroom shower glass is broken. The kitchen smells terrible despite multiple cleaning rounds ( the staff and us cleaning ) We have to ask for coffee capsules every morning . We asked for the room to be changed , the staff refused Above all , we checked out with multiple insect bite marks . All the above with a very overpriced tag We will never come back
