The location is out of the main city area. However that’s what I wanted as I wanted to travel to other areas and use the location as a base. This property was excellent value in a junior apartment. I give the staff 10 out of 10.

Staff was helpful and place was clean, however it is a very old hotel and felt like we stepped back into the 70’s. There was also no one else there so the lights were turned off in the common areas like the steam room, sauna, and pool.

It is a luxury hotel with great service, but the location of the hotel makes it difficult to go to other places by walk, simply because crossing the street for non-Vietnamese is too challenging!!

I typically stick to 1 brand of hotel but I didn't have the option in Hai Phong. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel, the good food in the restaurant and the very nice staff.
