I was disappointed with the condition of this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and the bed sheets did not appear fresh or well maintained. The overall property showed significant signs of neglect. There was visible water damage on the flooring, which made the room feel poorly maintained. In several areas of the property, bricks and portions of the wall were chipping and deteriorating, creating an unappealing appearance and raising concerns about upkeep and safety. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Unfortunately, the condition of both the room and the property did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Allotjat amb amics

Great location, a little away from some of the main tourist areas but in a good way. It’s quiet but still close to restaurants. There is a market and pharmacy very close by as well. Would stay here again.

We had to ask to get the rooms served by house cleaning and they said it would be an additional cost. The room was very large but not well kept up with

Lovely apartment unit that captures the overall aesthetic of Venice, staff are helpful and friendly, it’s in a quiet place so when we slept it was pleasant, breakfast service was wonderful

Lovely hotel on a quite street but accessible everywhere. The location is great. Rooms are clean and tidy with everything you need. Staff were great and clean. Breakfast menu was simple.

Loved our stay here, beautiful cosy hotel in a great location. Only slightly disappointed when trying to book the boat trip to Murano, were told they could only facilitate if enough people wanted to go that day due to the cost being too expensive. We weren’t too bothered about going, but would have been good to know that when we checked in to plan accordingly. Other than that, faultless experience and would stay again!
