Fantàstic We had a wonderful stay at MIMARU Shinjuku West and would gladly stay again.
It was perfect for our family of four — the family room had 4 comfortable beds, a kitchenette and dining table, plenty of space by Tokyo standards, and an excellent bathroom. Having the extra room and setup made our stay especially comfortable.
The location was excellent — about a 6–8 minute walk to Shinjuku Station, shopping, and countless dining options, yet the hotel itself felt quiet, safe, and peaceful at night.
Everything was very clean and well maintained, and we truly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great stay at MIMARU Tokyo Shinjuku West! The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The beds were on the firmer side but overall comfortable.
The location is absolutely perfect. It sits on the west side of Shinjuku, which we loved because it is a little quieter and more relaxed than the bustling east side, yet still incredibly convenient to the station. It's about an 8 mins walk.
Pierston was very helpful at the front desk and all the other staff.
Highly recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and clean place to stay in Tokyo.

large rooms, excellent showers/washroom and useful kitchenettes. you can open the windows (not a lot but a little) which I love. Laundry room is easy to access and works well. staff are excellent.
