Fantàstic
We have been to Cancun about 24 times and I was pleasantly surprised how awesome this resort was. The rooms were awesome, food amazing, pools great and service great too. It is a big property with big opportunities. Great for families and couples too. I would definitely go back

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Planet Hollywood Cancun by Royalton, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and every staff member we met was friendly and welcoming. A very special thank you goes to Dana, who went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure everything was perfect for us. Her professionalism, genuine care, and dedication truly made all the difference. She is an incredible asset to the resort, and thanks to her, we will always remember this trip fondly. We would also like to thank David for his kindness and support throughout our stay. We really appreciated everything he did for us. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful vacation. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cancun!

The rooms were clean and nice but there was construction next door so every morning at 6:00am there was construction noise.
