We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The location was right next to the lake, old town, and the Opera House. All in walking distance.
The staff were courtious and helpful. They arranged for ride to the airport.
The rooms were clean and large; ours had a balcony that we could sit out.
The closet and storage shelves were placed to be super useful.
There were power outlets with adaptors to charge our phones.
Mini bar was filled with free drinks.
Nespresso machine was ready with pods as well as a kettle for tea.
Bathroom was large with super soft robes and towels.
We will definitely reserve this hotel again.

Fantàstic Very comfortable rooms and courteous staff.
Had a very long overnight trip from US & arrived in the early am to Zurich. Checked us in early so we could shower and rest a bit, before exploring. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location! Clean and quiet. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping stores. Room very small. Not suitable for winter clothes and more than one luggage. Breakfast open early so it’s convenient for early tours.
