Fantàstic

The location was perfect and very central while the room was so peaceful and quiet. Gorgeous room as well. Bathroom spacious and pretty. The AC was amazing we were actually too cold but happy to have it working so well after walking around in the heat all day. Valentina was wonderful and explained evening. Couldn’t have loved it more!

The check in process is done at the hotel but we stayed at an annex building a distance away. It was inconvenient to have to arrive at the main hotel just to have to walk to the other building, especially when you are tired and have to carry luggage. I didn't realize that we would be responsible for taking trash out. I'm on vacation and do not want to worry about recycling, trash, etc. The annex building has no housekeeping or towels. When I requested towels, they were delivered to us which was nice, but not something you get unless you ask. There was construction nextdoor so every morning we were woken up by banging on the wall from someone doing construction on the other side. I don't know if the property owner was aware of the construction but it was not a great way to start the morning on vacation. The bottom of the property is used for storage so you can't lock the door, which was a little unsettling. The AC was functional but there was no AC units in the bedroom so the doors have to stay open to get some cold air. The internet was great in the living room and kitchen, but weak in the bedrooms, especially the master bedroom. I'm not sure I would stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.

Valentina is lovely!! She made sure our stay was truly wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about her. She was so kind and friendly. My husband and I actually said it spoiled us for the rest of our trip because no host or hotel has compared to her loveliness. From setting up super easy airport pick up, restaurant recommendation, answered all my random questions via WhatsApp throughout my time there! We checked in off hours and she gave us explicit instructions which made it super simple. Very secure building too. She set up our Venice passes that you need when visiting the city. The room was lovely, everything you need is there. They did have laundry available but it was the beginning of our trip so we didn’t utilize it. They let us store our luggage after checkout in a secure room. They also clearly laid out cost of transportation options which was very helpful. Coffee in the room along with dishes and a small fridge. All you really need. Would highly recommend!

Excellent location in San Marco within walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions…. Only downside was the extremely cold floor throughout the apt… nothing a pair of provided bedroom slippers didn’t solve though… would recommend!

Feel very mixed about this review. The staff were superb and so helpful with booking taxis, helping with lost luggage etc. The location was fantastic. However we do not really feel we got the experience we booked. The apartments listed were all very high spec, and whilst ours was nice and mostly newly equipt, we were not with the other apartments meaning we had no fancy extras such as the amazing speakers, showers, courtyard, breakfast croissant availability etc. We would book this apartment again, but feel we were missold to a certain extent.
