Rooms are not clean, floors are sticky, tables had food sauce left over tv remote was oily. Towels was dirty. Hotel is tucked in a corner in the Citi, still very much walkable. Rates for the rooms was really affordable just the rooms was really gross. The sheets don’t event smell good.

There were cigarette smell coming from the aircon for a few nights. Almost became a smoked salmon one night and requested to change to another room. Staff very kindly helped to change me to another room on a higher floor.

Genial

The room was of a average size with a small bathroom and toilet but had coffee and tea making in room. Hair dryer, and tap to fill up your cup to maintain hydration. Air conditioning was too cold for me so they supplied me with an extra blanket. The breakfast was on the 1st floor and offered a varied menu. The one thing missing was a hand towel. The laundry service was good.

For the price we are comfortable and see value. The service was good. Only gripe it maybe the pillows have a smell although the pillow case was clean. Walls are super thin so we can hear if we have a noisy neighbour or people shouting downstairs - best to bring earplugs.
