Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Large bathroom, great shower. Convenient location and very helpful staff. Breakfast had lots of choices and was very tasty. Sealed snacks and fruit were available as well. Staff was helpful with directions and suggestions on what to see or where to eat. Highly recommend!!

Lovely room and a great breakfast with hot and cold options to suit everyone. We were on the top floor in room 3007 which had a connecting door with the next room. Not something we needed as it was just the two of us but it would've been great if we were with the teenage kids. The location was also great. Close to St Mark’s but tucked away enough to have a quieter atmosphere. It was really quiet at night… we slept well.

Great hotel in perfect location 5 mins from St Marks square, so relatively quiet with plenty of restaurants about. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

This is an excellent choice for Venice. The staff is excellent.. there is nothing they won’t do for you to meet your needs. I wanted an escort to assist with my photography for two evenings and they found the best guides for me. Breakfast was excellent. Can’t recommend enough!

I received a strange change on my credit card for over $200 after paying in full. I do not like if. Location was good. Bathroom was liking. Heir drier was broken. Their restaurant was expensive and no good.
