チェックイン時に大浴場の入浴に必要なタオル類をフロントでいただけるという説明を受け、あとからフロントでタオルを受け取ろうとした時、最初の方は快くタオルをお渡ししてきただけましたが、その後対応された女性の方には部屋番号を聞かれて渋々の対応であったり、挙句「前回にもお渡ししているのでこれ以上は追加料金です。いつその様に説明を受けましたか？」と、さもハラスメントを発している客に対応するような剣幕で対応されました。チェックイン時に回数等の説明を受けませんでしたし、私の勘違いであったとしてもその時に説明をしていただければ理解し納得も出来ましたが、いきなり罰金やルール違反者のようなニュアンスの対応をされて非常に残念でした。

安定のルートインで満足してます。一定のものを求めないのであれば十分なサービスで満足してます。しかし、こちらのお風呂場と脱衣所、他のルートインより一段と狭くてビックリしました。あまり利用する人がいないのでしょうね

受付の対応が優しく良かったです。女子のお風呂の番号を忘れてしまって　快く笑顔で教えてくださいました。朝も大浴場を利用したのですが　化粧水のコットンがゼロ綿棒ゼロで
