Servicable, but not great. Shower was falling apart, no one available on reception for check out. Corridors smelt of cigarette smoke and the fire alarm went off at 5:20 in the morning. The vending machine advertised was empty, there are stains on the ceilings and burn marks on the floors. Very much in need of a makeover.

We picked this hotel as we have stayed before and it was a convenient location for our trip. It’s not the Ritz but clean and comfortable and relatively cheap compared to other hotels in the area for that weekend There is free parking too. The receptionist was polite on arrival

My room was still being cleaned when I checked in at 3:30 Aspects of the room are in need of repair including bathroom fixtures, the shower did not work properly and was covered in rust and the floor covering was coming apart My shower seemed to activate the fire alarm despite keeping the door closed. The fire alarm was deactivated while I was preparing to evacuate and then a member of staff came to the door and just started shouting “open the window” without any other communication In the main room the floor had a series of brown stains on the floor I did however appreciate the incision of a fridge, microwave and kettle in the room. The room was cheap, but I would certainly never come back.
