Only Japanese speaking staff. The facility can keep your luggage prior to your check-in for free but will charge you after checking out. Close to train station.

Convenient to walk to Tokyo Station. room was modern and clean but quite small. Staff was helpful, area was quiet. Shower was nice.

The people at the hotel are money hungry and will use any opportunity to charge as much as they can from your pockets. The staff have a facade of friendliness but are total gremlins, may sound like an exaggeration but is not. The service is invasive strict, upon arrival they escorted us to our rooms and proceeded to stay for 20 minutes fussing over every detail and rules for the room. Although we've paid for the rooms it didn't feel like our space during our stay.
