Absolutely loved this hotel. It was our favorite place out of all the places we stayed when traveling Europe. Hotel and room were gorgeous, staff were very friendly. Perfect location near Eiffel Tower, restaurants and shops.

Lovely hotel in a good location in the heart of Paris for a reasonable price. Excellent for keeping the family together while exploring Paris. Lots of options for food and a lavarie (laundromat) close by. Drawbacks are the sofa bed is not flat and squeaks with any movement. Our tub also didn’t drain and upon mentioning it to the front desk after check-in on Friday night, there was nothing they could do until Monday since there was no maintenance on the weekend.

Our most recent stay at the hotel was phenomenal! The staff was amazing from the moment we stepped into the lobby until the moment we had to head to the train to continue our European journey. I can’t say enough about how positive a customer experience my family had during our stay. The location, in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower, couldn’t be any better. If you want a 5 star experience, I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location for the Effiel Tower, a few minutes to get to. Great staff, very helpful , the family room we had on the 6th floor lacked light and openess so that was why a star was knocked off. The breakfast was decent but limited
