部屋のエアコンは大丈夫でしたが、掛布団が厚いのしかなくて、調整が大変でした。 2泊しましたが、朝食はそれぞれ多少変わっていたので良かった。しかし、もう少し種類があればいいとも思いました。

部屋の隅々までは清掃は行き届いてませんでした。あと、大浴場が無いのがマイナスてすが、朝食はメニューも豊富でスタックさん達の気配りがとても好印象でした。泊まるだけなら良いと思います。

朝食はとても美味しかったです。ツインのお部屋を予約しました。とても広くて良かったです。ただ、当日夜冷えてきて、エアコンの暖房をつけましたが冷風しかつかなくて部屋が少し寒く感じました。

チェックインの際のスタッフの対応が非常に良かったです。施設全体も清潔で以後ごちが良かったです。これは使い手の問題ですが、製氷機の下に氷の取りこぼしがあり、それが水となって不衛生になるので、タオルのようあものを敷くと良いと思いました。

ホテルの設備やスタッフは問題なく、部屋も綺麗でスタッフも親切でした。駐車場も十分で車を使う人はお勧めです。ただ立地から食事をするエリアまでは歩いて20分くらいかかるので、車のない人はお勧めしないかな。

エレベーターから部屋までが遠かったです！でもたいした不満ではありません(笑)無料朝食なら納得の内容でしたが、よくみたら有料でしたね…そう考えるとちょっと寂しい内容でした。

I found this hotel to be the best in Japan. The staff was so nice and helpful. Great food on the spot, good price. Big bathz Very Very Hot water at all times. CAFE ON SITE!! Nice Japanese style viewing garden on site. Convince store a block away is the only thing near the hotel. The location is not good if you want to walk around and see sights, but taxi service cost us less than 1000 yen so $6.64 USD! I your going to be in Nagoya, this is a great hotel!

It was beyond our expectations with the price we were charged. Room price is excellent so that we can afford to pay the breakfast which is also great selections.
