Fantàstic
An amazing staff and fantastic beds and rooms. We were there during a heatwave so it was a bit warm as the AC struggled to keep up, but overall an amazing place in a killer location.

Fantàstic
Great location near shops and restaurants. Room was clean, adequately supplied and quiet. The hotel lobby was large and inviting with tables and chairs as well as as large sofas to relax. We loved the free coffee and the aperitivo hour. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfectly located for all tourist sites. Highly recommend Banks Antwerp.

We were upgraded due to an overbooked hotel, however it did mean changing rooms the following day. The bedrooms that we were in had the toilet separate to the sink and shower/bath which seemed odd to us. Breakfast was fairly basic, eu style cheeses and meat with basic other continental choices. Free prosecco and nuts between 5-7pm was good though.

The staff at the property were lovely and helpful. We had a very nice stay. The 5-7pm drinks and snacks was a nice addition. All that you need, shopping, food and Antwerp history at your door step. Special mention to the young blonde lady that checked us in. So sweet and helpful.

This is a very modern hotel in an excellent location. Everything you would want is in easy walking distance. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were helpful. The room was quiet.
