Fantàstic Exceeded our expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was perfectly clean. Housekeeping did a wonderful job refreshing the room each day. Great location. Would definitely stay here again!

If the Savoy is a 5 star, then the residence SOHO is definitely not a 4 star. More like a 2 star.

It was a very good choice of Hotel as it was situated in the center of Theatreland.
The staff were extremely helpful and the room was very comfortable.

This hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Soho but tucked away on a slightly quieter street. They give you complimentary wine from 6-7pm every evening. Our room had a great little kitchenette with a sink, fridge, drinking water tap and complimentary tea & coffee. I also appreciated that the TV had Chromecast so I could watch streaming services, the Molton Brown soaps, and the excellent water pressure in the shower. Highly recommend.

We had a nice stay. The staff were helpful and our room was comfortable with a small kitchen with microwave and a fridge. We had to find restaurants or bars outside the hotel but not a problem in SoHo. Access to the Elizabeth Line was only a 3 minute walk. Most popular sites were less than 30 minutes away on foot. Great location!

Easy check in with helpful friendly staff, lovely, clean, well appointed room, very comfortable bed. Very quiet with great blackout blinds.
