Fantàstic
Absolute belter of a hotel. Amazing start to finish. Excellent check in and check out, called taxis for us when needed, wonderful breakfast, super comfortable beds, modern, pristine bathrooms, extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel in convenient location. Only problem was the fact I received an email 24 hours before arrival saying it may be noisy as the had karaoke on Saturday nights. I asked for a quiet room but on arrival was told this would cost £100.

Great central Hotel, near everything and a great coffee shop type area. Room was really spacious and clean. Beds comfortable and plenty towels. I would say not great for a disabled person. Lots of stairs but the Hotel has a night life too in the lounge bar area, had a DJ. I would come back as it was handy for the shops and restaurant's. Reception staff were very helpful, after reading reviews I was worried as a few people were very negative online but we didn't see anything to deserve those comments.

Clean and basic room despite being called king executive. Not enough room to open a suitcase on the floor. Toilet didn’t flush very well. Breakfast on day 1 was 10/10. However not so good next day but there was an advert for a chef!

The staff are all so friendly , couldnt do enough for us . Absolutely lovely hotel in a lovely town. Couldnt recommend it more ! Quiet! Amazing full scottish breakfast too Go for a walk down the Glen.... beautiful.

Good option to avoid insane Edinburgh hotel prices. Simple room with the usual amenities. Nice breakfast, friendly staff and easy check in/out.

The staff made me very welcome. They were very friendly and helpful. I ate in the restaurant and enjoyed both breakfast and the evening meal. The food was very good. I used the parking app for the public car park at the back of the hotel. That way I just had to renew it when they messaged me.
