Bé This is NOT a HOTEL, it is a HOSTEL. It was only after talking to the manager that we got a “Self - Contained Room. I.e. The room had its own toilette.
Coming back from shopping the car park was full. Had to park out front.

Very clean room. Looked just like photos. Easy check in and check out. Staff were nice but was walls are thin. Maybe earplugs or some sort of offering to block out hall noises would help next time.

All in all good stay, mattress was a bit tough for my liking but nothing crazy, rooms are cleaned daily and that was a pretty nice surprise

Bé The staff were friendly. I didn’t like that there was no toilet in the room. Reception isn’t open for long during the day. Close to public transport and there’s a super market nearby.

Very compact but sufficiently comfortable and facilities in good shape.
Would like to have darker window shutters and a water boiler at the room.
Could not find the switch for the main light.

I feel very comfortable and had good sleep at night, very calm and noise free place and also cleanliness. Just one thing I want to mention about there is no attach bath in the room. It’s a separate on a different side. All in all I am satisfied with the stay.

The check in process was easy and the room was neat. The beds, though small, were comfortable. A shared bathroom means 2 toilets for women (and separate wc for men) at the end of the hall. The hotel is close to bus stops. To get to the center of Hamburg a bus and a train are required. A few restaurants are within walking distance.
