Fantàstic The staff was amazingly helpful and cheerfully helped us resolve some problems with our travel plans.
The hotel is also ideally situated in the heart of the Alstadt and next to a large outdoor market.
We travel a lot, and this was one of the best places we have ever stayed.

What a great mid-size hotel, right in the old town, steps to everything. Rooms and common areas are tasteful and modern. We were in a Grand double for 3 nights and a Standard double for 1 night. The rooms are very comfortable with good air system and comfortable beds. We found the standard double well designed and roomy enough…it would have suited us for all 4 days. 100% marks for all the staff…professional and courteous. They accommodated our change of rooms seamlessly. Very good breakfast in a very nice room. This is a gem…but book early. One caution…the rooms on the front can be noisy from the street.

Absolutely fantastic, central location! Front desk staff were very helpful. Room was kept clean and maintained a very comfortable temperature. Assortment of food options for breakfast excellent!

Genial The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The location was perfect since it was walking distance to everything. The room was very small but it wasn't an issue because we only stayed there one night.

Bé The rooms are spartan, the beds and pillows not very comfortable. Air conditioner works, but not in th bathroom.
