Generally a good and well maintained hotel with helpful staff. The bed has a soft and sagging mattress. The hotel can improve by providing a matress with good support and also pillows with good support.

The room had a nice view and the location was very convenient in central Aomori. The staff even prepared a bed guard for our toddler, which we appreciated. However, despite informing the hotel in advance that we were traveling with a child, there was still a gap between the beds. We ended up having to sleep sideways with our toddler to stop them from falling in during the night, which made it quite uncomfortable.

전반적으로 좋은 호텔이었습니다.. 거울에 머리카락이 좀 있었고, 날씨가 좀 쌀쌀했었는데 난방 가동이 잘 안되어서 라디에이터를 호텔에서 공급해 주었는데, 헤어 드라이기랑 함께 쓰니 방에 전원이 나갔습니다. 직원 분들 응대나 다른 부분 들은 좋았습니다..
