Lovely property, comfortable stay. Off road parking is easily accessible. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Situated in the centre of Woodhall Spa, close to shops, pub, woods for a nice walk. We will definitely be back

Genial We had a ground floor room which was close to kitchen and breakfast room which was noisy for the golfers who had requested earlier breakfast times. Staff convivial and friendly. Breakfast good and plenty of it - Lincolnshire sausage excellent.
Beware carparking access a little tricky to negotiate. Easy access to local shops and golf course!

Receptionist was quite rude when we checked in. The lighting in our room was terrible- very dim. Breakfast was ok but they watch you like a hawk to make sure no food leaves the restaurant.
