The location was the best part. It was very easily accessible, with lots of things to do nearby, and the Eiffel Tower was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. I wished the rooms were better kept and cleaner, but I felt the value was in the location.

The internet service in our room was awful. I had to go downstairs regularly for internet service. There is no spa. So don’t advertise it as a spa if there is no spa. Raquel and Virginia provided speculation customer service. Nikolay and Christian were amazing. The rest of the staff weren’t as friendly. Perfect location for our weekend in Paris! Convenient location blocks from the Arc de Triumph. Several wonderful restaurants within blocks and a fantastic bakery too! The room was beautiful, bed extremely comfortable and staff excelled I. Customer service. I had never stayed in a boutique hotel - now it may be the only choice.

Well located but the moment an hotel is giving me an accessibility room on ground floor is a big no for me. The night price and the room wasn’t meeting my expectations. Staff nice and friendly . Room wasn t even ready past the 3pm policy .
