I have been chasing the Hotel and Expedia group for the refund. I am paying the cost of human error. By mistake I made two bookings with the Hotel and while I completed my stay for one of the bookings, I was charged for one night + taxes for another. I spoke to the hotel staff during my stay and I was told that I need to speak to the mediator (hotel.com) from where I made the booking. This happened back and forth for sometime and then when I post X keeping Expedia Group they started investigating this matter and soon they assured that the refund has been initiated. Now, they again asking me to work with hotel. This has been my experience.

Fantàstic
Excellent location if traveling, the breakfast was a lifesaver after travel and long days. The hotel shuttle was timely and convenient and a VERY kind employee helped ensure we got back to our room safely after we got mixed up and went to the wrong location by mistake 10/10 😁

We arrived waited 15 min before we could check was no one on the front desk tried to use the bel no response The room had no heating we came from 35 Celsius to 10 Celsius the room was 14 Celsius the beds are not great

Staff were good. In the room the safe wouldn't open. The sink had no plug. The tap was very wobbly and not fitted properly. The coffee machine had 2 pods and sugar but no milk or cream so black coffee was the only option.

The hotel offers a shuttle. Ours was over 40 minutes late. When we went to get the shuttle from the airport but they gave us the wrong pick up spot. We tried to call them but no one answered. Seriously. 😒 n addition, the table lamps didn’t work in our room nor did the fan/air conditioning. The staff came and looked at it and told us there was nothing they could do. What?!?! We will not be back.
