Hot tub was closed, outlets didn't work, staff ignored the do not disturb sign and walked in on us in the act.

Allotjat amb amics

Only issue is no elevator - lots of large luggage as most guests are on long vacations to Yellowstone/Tetons. Lugging up flights of outdoor stairs is rough!

This is an older property but it is well maintained and the staff is super nice. It has coffee and drinks as well as snacks all day long that you can help yourself to. The breakfast is not that great, but it is not a 5 star hotel, and I did not pay a 5 star hotel price, so it was fine. It is clean and the beds are great. This is my second stay at this hotel and I would stay here again if I was ever back in Jackson, Wyoming.

This was a really great stay for us, we requested an upgrade when we arrived, and were granted a king room with a fireplace for no extra charge. We were very impressed with that service indeed. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included, but we skipped it both mornings purely because it was so congested and busy in a very small space. Parking was easy, and it was quiet and peaceful. We had our choice of places to eat all within walking distance. I would stay here again if I came through.

Great location! Staff was pleasant. Nice coffee and snacks setup. Property wasn’t very clean with open trash cans that birds were eating out of. Table in room had a wobbly top.
