I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it’s quiet, the hotel smells great, it’s very clean, comfortable with good conditioning with very friendly staff.

Air conditioning a lovely bonus in the current heatwave, mattress comfortable. Basic room but everything you need, no English channels on TV when a break from sightseeing is needed. Reception staff very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Some of the breakfast staff however seemed very ‘angry’. Whilst I appreciate a fast turnaround around at breakfast, slamming plates & cups and tutting when collecting used trays is not necessary while people are trying to enjoy their meal. Fabulous location for shopping & transport. Overall though 8/10, would stay again.

The room was clean and tidy. The beds were really comfy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the check in and out was incredibly easy! It was a good location next to a shopping centre with plenty of places to eat and a supermarket in there. Public transport was nearby making it easy to get around Prague. It was walkable too but took about 30 mins to walk to the touristy areas of Prague.
