Room was very clean and modern just no ac or fan making it hard to sleep. Overall great location for restaurants and super close to lots of transportation

Excellent communication

The property is clearly new and well-maintained. We found the room to be exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. However, the sofa bed mattress was a significant issue; it was far too thin and unstable. It dipped severely in the middle, making it impossible for my sister and me to get a good night's rest. With a mattress upgrade, this would be a five-star stay.

Room is nice, everything was clean and the kitchen sufficiently supplied, also great location, which is the primary reason we chose it. However if I had known there would be absolutely no staff on site, like ever, I would not have stayed here. I am not interested in soliciting a business that has forgone employing actual local humans in favor of AI. Whatever they are "saving" by doing this, they are losing via poor customer service. There was general confusion every afternoon in the "lobby" (hallway really) at check-in, as new guests tried to figure out what room they had and how to get in. During our stay, other guests did thoughtful things like run through the hallways at night, pounding on doors (!!!) and just generally being loud. The robot I reported this to said a reminder about noise restrictions would go out to guests, but this did not happen. Then the front door lock stopped working, so all sorts of street randos could just walk on in; the robots told me they were trying to locate a needed part to fix it, but again I saw no humans on site whatsoever so had no confidence anything was actually being done to make the hotel secure for guests. Last irritant - there was no indication there'd be housekeeping services, which is fine, but then someone came on unexpectedly and made the bed while we were out. If I had known someone was coming I'd have put up a DoNotDisturb sign ... if there was one. Overall a thumbs down! PLEASE EMPLOY ACTUAL PEOPLE to staff your hotel.

Great location, lovely apartment. Location was perfect. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Location was good station 5min walk away. Room was clean and spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need.

Horrible customer service. When I got to the hotel, there was no way I could check in. They claimed to have sent me an email but I did not receive anything. The link that was put up required a booking id proprietary to the hotel - if we can call it that - which had not been provided to me. I had to call and lost 45 mins with checkin The room was big but messy, the cuttlery and plates were on the floor. I had left my luggage upon checkout in the luggage room. At 1830 I could no longer upon the door with my code, prompting another 30 mins with their telephone support. The whatsapp support is a joke Worst of all, I left my iO toothbrush and expensive perfume in the room. I wrote them 5 times as they simply must have found it. Even when I get pass the AI bot, they always promise me to enquire and get back to me, which they never do. If you then contact them again you have to explain everything again only leading to the same result. Shameful

nice room, but door was open when we checked in and there was an opened water bottle in the room, everything else was very good
