It’s great place to stay plenty parking in evening , room spacious and clean, only inconvenience was microwave was near the lift instead of room. Had to walk to heat up my dinner.

Wasn’t happy with being on the ground floor Bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working Rust around the tub drain and extremely loose faucet in tub/shower TV didn’t work first night and couldn’t be fixed until next day This was my second stay here and probably be the last

Front desk staff, when anyone actually bothers to be there, is amongst the rudest I have encountered. This goes double for the woman who sat in a booth in the dining area having an argument with her boyfriend while she left the desk unattended. Lobby coffee doesn't get refilled. No maid service in the room unless one asks for it, and when i did ask for if, I was told I needed to ask the day before. Nice property overall, let down by poor service.

Stuff was very friendly, everything was super clean. The only issue the rooms have no microwave I have to step out in the hallway to hit up my food. And the fridge too tiny can’t even handle a gallon of milk

The hotel is outdated and plumbing was a problem. The AC rattled all night and made rest difficult. An overhaul of this facility would do it good.

Saturday June 27 I arrived early in the morning. The lady who checked me in made me pay $45 cash for an early check in. I found this odd so I called the next day and asked the front desk how much it cost for an early check-in. She said”Like always it’s complementary if rooms are available”. Still waiting for a call back to get my $45 back. It’s not the money…It’s the principal getting ripped off by a place that I stay at all the time. I’ll get my $45 back one way or the other. Don’t go to this place. I wouldn’t trust my credit card in their computer system or with their front desk staff. You know who I am! Shame on you !

Last time I stayed there the toilet didn't flush sometimes and needed extra help. This time the faucet kept running a bit when you turned it off. Doesn't have a continental breakfast, it's extra and it was hard finding someone to help. Person was too busy helping guests check in and out, ect. at the front desk. Some minor things, but overall a nice hotel.
