We had such wonderful experiences and rainforest environments the monkeys and birds were such a surprise and a super attendant lady name Jessica who helped us with a tour and was extra. The icing on the cake was the beautiful set up for our anniversary. We had a wonderful time!!🤗

If excellence were embodied into a hotel this would be it. The staff are amazing and the grounds of the hotel are outstanding. You can hit the gym. Swim till yer arms fall off then start hiking some super steep hills.

This is our second stay at Sylvan. We really like the look of the hotel. Lovely breakfast area which has been refurbished since our previous stay. Stunning views and lots of choice. Venicular railway to the beach which is amazing. Beach area is a real plus. Staff in all parts of the hotel are friendly & helpful. Especially the reception ladies.

Beautiful grounds with awesome views. All staff friendly and helpful. Particularly May at reception , helped arrange airport transportation and also got my I phone working right so she could print my boarding pass. Jessica on overnite followed through on wake up call and packed me a breakfast to go! All appreciated.
