Property is located up a very steep slope. Would be a workout to lug your baggages up if u are not driving. I am impressed with the cleanliness but disappointed with the staff service. No extra pillow available when requested.

Location is good. Convenient. Just 5 mins walk to 7-11 and little Swiss garden. Breakfast was disappointing as it doesn't suit me.

Thanks for upgrading my house freely. The location is really good, easy to access through public transportation. The staff is nice and helpful. The room also provides clean water reservior.

The reception lady was very kind and offered free buggy services from check in counter to our rooms as she saw we had elderly and children in our company. The rooms were generally clean and spacious with nice teak-based furniture. Toilets should have a shower curtain to separate the shower from the wash basin/bidet areas.
