I had a very disappointing stay at Clarion Pointe. When I checked into my room, the sheets were visibly dirty and looked like they had not been properly changed. I immediately notified the front desk, but instead of offering a different room or coming to inspect the issue, the manager simply handed me clean sheets and expected me to change them myself. The overall condition of the hotel was poor. The hallways felt extremely muggy and uncomfortable, and there were people loitering outside the property throughout my stay, which did not make me feel safe or welcome. Customer service was lacking, and the cleanliness standards were unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Hotel was close to a lot of places, shopping food, etc. our room was clean. The staff was wonderful checking in and out. Parking was great. Would recommend others to stay here if they do visit this area and Georgia.
