It was quite, clean ,comfortable with a good breakfast and close to Santa railway station. I think it would benefit from a kettle we arrive late and really wanted a cup of tea

This is a very handy hotel for Sants station. The staff were all helpful, the room was basic but clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was ample, fresh and offered a nice selection.

Check in was smooth. Thanks for holding our bags before check in. Only concern is a photocopy of very sensitive information like passports. Not sure why it was taken in the first place. Hopefully it's stored and disposed of in a secure manner.

We’re very helpful with any questions. We were leaving early on Sunday and couldn’t wait for breakfast, but I had some instant coffee and I asked the clerk downstairs and he went and got nice glass cups and saucers and filled them with hot water for us so we would have coffee before we left.

This hotel is a 4-star as advertised. Based on its condition, it should be rated closer to 2-stars compare to other 4-star hotels in Barcelona. The rooms and bathrooms are small and in need of renovation. There's no basic amenities like coffee machine or kettle or even glasses in the room. Suitable for a one night stay if you need to catch an early morning train.

Very good value, conveniently located near train station and City Tourist sight seeing bus stops (literally at the door step and across the street for the opposite direction for the tour bus)
