We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently professional, courteous, and welcoming, making our visit especially pleasant. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with excellent water pressure and a consistently comfortable temperature throughout our stay. We also appreciated the well-maintained gym, which was a great amenity. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again if we have the opportunity to visit Cabanatuan in the future.

I was double charge by the front desk. I showed her that i got a reservation from expedia but she charge me 67$. I made mistakes to book in tarlac for $50. They told me to cancel the double charge but they cancel the 50$ i paid in tarlac instead of cancelling the $67. I hope they can fix this error.

Fantàstic This is a great place to stay. Nice, clean rooms, excellent, friendly staff, and a very good restaurant next door. Our only regret was that we were not allowed to invite our family to join us for a swim in the pool.
