日本庭園も含め、館内の至る所に和を感じる庭があり、それが非常に癒されました。部屋の内風呂がとても良く、温泉かけ流しでいつでも入れるのが良かったです。スタッフの方も非常に親切で、子連れの滞在客へのサポートもとても丁寧でした。また泊まりたいです。

Beautiful property. If you’re looking for a traditional Japanese experience, this is the place. FYI, if you have tattoos, you will not be able to use the public Onsen, but book a room with a private Onsen and you’re all set.

外観、内装が素晴らしいと思い、予約しました。予め『外観なし』と記載されていたので、期待はしていませんでしたが、あまりにも荒れ果てた庭？だったので、一緒に旅行した母親は文句タラタラでした。旅館に泊まると、売店での買い物が楽しみの一つですが、17時閉店の為、行こうと思ったら『終わりました』と言われ、がっかりです。お食事処や、大浴場までの距離も長く、老齢の母には辛かったようです。部屋風呂にも温泉がひいてあり、ゆったりした浴室だったのが、救いでした。

The onsen Ryoken is a famous one in Japan as the Japanese Emperors had stayed at the estate for a few times. We stayed at a room with private onsen which is excellent. The food was also great and we had a great time.

今回は宿泊客が多かったせいか、食事がいつもの雄峰ではなく、奥の広間でした。広間に行く途中のバー共々古く趣きもあり、得した気分になる体験でした。サービスや料理はいつものいい意味で安定したクオリティでゆっくり休むことができました。

広くて快適な部屋、散歩にちょうど良い庭、スタッフの気配りが心地よく、5月に続き、2度目の訪問です。今回部屋風呂が前回に比べて広かったので良かったです。食事も前回同様、美味しく、量も多過ぎず我が家には丁度良いです。食事の質を上げて更なる高級路線を目指すか、今のまま、親しみやすい高級感を楽しめる路線にするのか、中途半端な感じはします。

都会の喧騒を離れ、素晴らしいお部屋、庭園、温泉をゆったりと楽しむことができました。スタッフの気遣いも心地良かったです。紅葉の季節にまた宿泊したいと思いました。
