We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Royal!! The rooms were spacious and clean. The view from our patio was spectacular and the staff were professional, personable and friendly. The concierge, Sophia made us feel like family. Sophia provided exceptional service throughout the day. She was knowledgeable, and always willing to help with recommendations, reservations, and directions. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our trip much more enjoyable. M&D

Maybe we just expected more. Arriving with 0 help at the watertaxi, staff correct but not friendly, no Gold member advantages, duck-taped miror in the closet, no invitation (nor activity) for the apero on the rooftop..... missed chances that could easily be handled.

No teníamos agua en el cuarto. Solo la que tenía costó. Pero amablemente la señorita de recepción no nos cobró las 2 aguas de lata que tomamos por ese detalle. Fue espectacular.

Staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough for us. We got an upgraded room and it was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast outside was lovely. What an amazing time, thank you 😊

On the positive, it's in a great location The not so positive would be: The staff were not as helpful as we would expect The rooftop balcony for two days as it was 'booked'. Breakfast is overpriced
