Pool was locked at 5 PM and could not use. My main problem is that the booking company (Expedia) made an error in the booking and I was charged for 2 rooms on different dates.

I booked a room then amended the dates and was charged for two rooms. The manager was not agreeable to give me a refund for the incorrect booking which has cost me $300 The hotel is otherwise well located and reasonable.

They lied about free breakfast with room. Was told they would not give me any compensation by front desk. Totally unacceptable

The first night at this hotel they gave me a horrible room full of bedbugs (I killed 10 of them), very dirty, the water bottles were already opened, no window, I asked to change the room and the second room was actually decent, pretty big and clean, so I advise to check the room first
