I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but the hotel claimed they had none left and forced us into a smoking room that smelled disgusting. They flat out refused to resolve the issue or provide the room I actually paid for. I ended up with a terrible headache for all 5 nights. Terrible management and awful customer service.

Their breakfast was so great and all other restaurants and shopping places are nearby the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff are very friendly. Overall, everything was great. It was nice to stay.

I was expecting the Best Western Plus brand kind of facilities, but it was a Kazakh build hotel acquired by the brand. The room's equipment was heavy-old. However, the overall impression of the stay was OK and comfortable. The location was a bit out of the way from major spots.

The room, though a little small, was appropriately furnished. The linen was clean, and the toiletries offered were basic. The minibar was empty, but the breakfast was sumptuous. In-house dining offered a minimal menu. Overall, there was nothing serious to complain about.
