Fantàstic
The staff were incredibly helpful and excellent. All-around. Melody who prepared breakfast was particularly nice. But all of the front desk staff were kind and helpful. They did their best to make our stay enjoyable. This is not a five-star hotel. So those who are on this app complaining about the quality need to understand the star rating system for hotels. It is however a three. Small rooms. But decent bathrooms with good water pressure. Pretty good air conditioning. Nice heavy towels. And the rooftop pool, which is shared with the neighboring hotel, is a nice retreat after a day of walking around Barcelona. It's a small pool, the chairs are pretty beat up, and because people are animals they leave cigarette boats around, but it's a nice little pool. I thought breakfast was excellent. Quite a selection of food. Yogurts, fruits, local dishes, cold cuts, and lots and lots of other things.

El personal es amable y servicial. La cama es confortable y la habitación, pequeña, es silenciosa, gracias a triple vidrios. Estamos cerca de restaurantes y del hospital. El parking es costoso : €27 por día.

Very noisy room from the elevator shaft, was moved to another room ans was same noise, and air conditioner was not working both rooms. Do not book

A lovely welcoming receptionist. Room was a nice size, comfy bed, and a good shower. Pet friendly and no extra charge which is unusual. Second time staying here and will book again.

Staff at the breakfast buffet Chef Esther dish of the day was delicious and flavorful and her assistant Melody was on top of the floor with dinning room preparation and and maintaing stations full. Thank very much. One complain is building setup problem with central AC , hallways are cold but room are hot and can't be adjusted due to controls don't work.

My daughter and I had a short 2 night stay . Friendly helpful staff and a good location to get to all the cities attractions. The pool was nice and refreshing after a busy day of sight seeing. Overall a nice comfortable stay and would recommend.
