Per sota de la mitjana room was smaller and stuffier than expected. uneven carpeting was pretty bad look. bathroom situation was not clear (e.g., no separation of toilet and shower). was barely in my room besides sleeping for two nights and still got bug bites or allergic reactions. no staff was ever seen onsite. little support. no elevator - not heavy luggage friendly.

Room provided did not match pictures. Tiny room on the floor level but noisy with people coming and going all times of the day & night.

Room is quite small but with big bathroom. No elevator is a minus when u having big luggages. Everything else is good with reasonable price.

We loved our stay here! So convenient in a great neighborhood with easy access to the subway. We had issues with our flight and they were very accommodating with our reservation!

The room is located on 1st floor, good for solo traveller who does a lot of shopping. There is also a small kitchen inside the room and free water and coffee at the entrance. Will stay here again next time when I come to Seoul!:)
