The room felt damp and there was a film of cleaning fluid on the floor so you couldn't walk barefoot in the room and it was a little slippery. There were no towels at the pool (even though we asked twice) so had to walk to our room wet. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant / bar were lovely. The restaurant food and Radyus bar were both great. Very good negroni!

Good airport hotel and appreciated the 4am breakfast. Transfer was easy to arrange. Cocktails at the attached cafe/bar were horrible.

The lobby and restaurant were clean and looked well maintained but our room was not looked after. The floors looked clean until you glance under the bed and saw a thick layer of dust. The sink in the bathroom was in need of replacing and the water when it was first turned on was brown. The staff was very good and greeted us appropriately and were helpful with general questions. Hopefully the rooms will get some upgrades and needed maintenance since the staff was very good.

Surprised at the rating this hotel is not well maintained. Bath tub is rusty. Floor is oily. Bed is ok. AC is loud with cranking noise throughout the night. Rolling bed is old/rusty. Elevator carpet is loose and old. Staff is nice and have a welcome drink. 15min drive from airport- shuffle at fixed time and prebook only- is not close to airport at all.

Always the best service and staff. Nice breakfast great dinner and the airport shuttle is fantastic. I always love the view of the airport
