We really enjoyed our stay at Riverside Impressions Villa. The property is nice with a good swimming pool and the restaurant set along the river. The room was spacious and clean and breakfast had many options plus some buffet style choices. The location is also within reasonable walking distance to old town and the night market. Special shout out to Rose who was very helpful in providing local recommendations and helping us book daily activities along with a sleeper bus to our next destination. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Riverside Impression. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating and took time welcoming us to the area and mapping out the sights. It is in a safe, quiet area away from the chaos of the night markets and the pool is a lovely way to unwind at the end of the night. We will be back!

Highly recommend this accommodation Staff is very friendly nd happy to assist with any of your needs and wants The grounds are beautiful and peaceful Breakfast was good and enough for us Beds are really comfortable The location is a short walk to all Hoi An has to offer Would have loved to stay longer Don’t hesitate to book this accommodation you will not be disappointed

Staff was very nice but unfortunately we were pretty let down by the state of the property. Photos are definitely outdated/misleading -- the outdoor area was pretty nice but the room left a lot to be desired. Definitely needs a deep clean particularly the bathroom and AC units. Lots of mold in the shower (curtain was gross tbh) and in the vents - smelled like mildew and we eventually had to turn off the AC in the main bedroom bc it was giving us breathing issues. Beds/linens were fine, and we were out and about most of the day so it was tolerable but we definitely wouldn't stay here again. It was very cheap so I guess in a sense you get what you pay for? It could've been worse, but also could've been a lot better especially based on the photos.
