1. Good size room but can hear noise from the road 2. Excellent housekeeping staff 3. Breakfast is great 4. Cafe Midori is great 5. Lounge access is only at weekends 6. Very helpful and proactive staff 7. 30 m pool - supported by great staff 8. Excellent location of hotel

Quiet hotel with big spacious rooms and good perks( mini bar included). Walkable to other casinos nearby. Very near CRK if with travel plans. Accessible to other places in Psmpanga through Grab.

We stayed here because we had dinner with family at their restaurant. The design of the hotel and the room is great but the bathroom is very dirty and not well maintained. The mirrors and the fixtures are full of scums. And the shower tile grout is moldy. I don’t think ill ever stay there again. A dirty bathroom is a deal breaker.

No bar was open when we checked in (we had a long drive). Casino was very small. Weird placement of a bar/restaurant in the parking lot. Room was nice. May return
